Effective 2 September 2026
Child Safety Policy
Child (roughly 6–12) and teen (13–17) pathways are educational, guardian-managed and designed around confidence, communication, routines, friendships, consent, boundaries and trusted-adult support.
Guardian-managed access
An adult parent or legal guardian must submit contact details, manage credentials and supervise any under-18 account, AI voice use and private community participation. A minor should not independently make a purchase or hide platform use.
Data minimisation
Do not provide a child’s school, exact address, personal phone number, private social handle, live location, financial details, photos, passwords, secrets or other unnecessary identifiers. Use guardian contact information.
If a child shares sensitive information unexpectedly, end the interaction, do not repeat or distribute it, and have the guardian contact an appropriate trusted adult or qualified professional through the dedicated safety route.
Content boundaries
Minor guidance excludes sexual, dating/pickup, seductive, coercive, adult relationship and body-image pressure coaching. Friendship and family guidance must centre respect, consent, honest communication, personal boundaries and trusted-adult help.
Style guidance for minors focuses on cleanliness, comfort, context and self-respect—not attractiveness, weight, comparison or shame. The platform does not diagnose developmental, medical, mental-health or learning conditions.
Community and reporting
Guardian-managed community users must not contact minors privately, solicit personal information, encourage secrecy or move a conversation to a private channel. Report concerning posts, comments or conduct through Contact under Child safety / community report.
We may remove content, restrict access, preserve necessary evidence and make a lawful report where safety or law requires.
Urgent safety
If a child may be in immediate danger in India, contact emergency services at 112 and an appropriate trusted adult now. A child in a difficult situation can also call the national, toll-free 24×7 Child Helpline at 1098. Outside India, use the appropriate local emergency or child-protection service.
For abuse, exploitation, self-harm risk or another serious concern, seek qualified local safeguarding or professional support. The AI cannot monitor a child or contact services on your behalf.
Questions or rights requests
Use the contact form for programme support, privacy requests, grievances, copyright notices or child-safety reports. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
