A browser success screen alone does not activate access. A payment is treated as successful only after signed server-side bank status verification. When verification succeeds, the order is recorded against the learner account and the programme-access process begins.
ZELVU Lifestyle is operated by Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited. Online programme payments are collected in Indian rupees through the company's approved ICICI Bank payment flow.
A written invoice may direct you to the bank-registered merchant host on lexorbiseducation.com. That legal merchant identity is expected; always begin from this website or from a written invoice issued for your selected programme. Do not use an unsolicited payment link.
An international card issuer may convert the INR amount or add its own transaction charge. That conversion or issuer fee is separate from the published ZELVU Lifestyle programme fee.
Do not immediately pay again. Send the account email, selected programme and payment reference through the secure contact form. Never send a full card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or banking password. Duplicate-payment, verified-debit-without-access and non-delivery requests are reviewed under the published refund and cancellation policy.
