We may collect account details, name, adult or guardian contact details, programme interests, language preference, trial and consent records, member progress, community posts and reports, support messages, and basic security or device logs.

For an Astrology & Kundli service request, we collect the selected service, adult requester's contact details, date and place of birth, optional time of birth, preferred language and any focused question supplied. We use these details only to assess and fulfil the request, communicate its scope and maintain necessary service, safety and transaction records.

The Growth Diagnostic ordinarily stores its recommendation in your browser. If you continue to a trial or account, the selected programme and skill may be associated with that request or account.

Trial intent and limited sign-up prefill details are also stored in your browser so the selected path and consent can survive the move to secure sign-in. You can clear those items through browser storage controls.

When you choose AI voice guidance, microphone audio and an in-session transcript are processed to produce the conversation. ZELVU Lifestyle does not intentionally add the audio or transcript to your member profile or its application database. The AI provider may process and retain limited service or abuse-monitoring data under the provider settings and policy that apply to the account.

We use data to create and secure accounts, fulfil trial or support requests, deliver learning and progress features, moderate the community, provide age-aware guidance, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable law.

Essential service contact is separate from optional promotional contact. You may withdraw promotional consent through the contact form. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already carried out and may not stop messages needed to complete a request you made.

Under-18 use must be parent/guardian-managed or supervised as described in the Child Safety Policy. Do not provide a child's personal phone number, school, exact address, private social handle, live location, financial details, photos or secrets.

A guardian attestation may be recorded for a child or teen trial. We do not knowingly invite a minor to independently manage an account, private community access or a purchase.

Do not submit a child's birth details through the public astrology request form. A parent or legal guardian should contact the team first so the purpose, necessary data and safeguards can be confirmed.

We use infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, analytics, email/notification and AI service providers where necessary. Some processing may occur outside India. We aim to limit provider and staff access to the service purpose and use the technical, organisational and provider controls available for that service; this does not mean that every provider uses the same location, contract or retention period.

Operational retention defaults are purpose-based and may be extended for a legal hold, safety issue, transaction, fraud prevention or mandatory record. Trial/contact records are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months without an active relationship; ordinary closed support requests after 24 months; safety, rights, payment or dispute records after 36 months; account and progress data while the account is active and ordinarily within 90 days after a verified deletion request where no exception applies; community content until the user deletes it, moderation removes it or the account closes; and rate-limit/security events for up to 8 days unless investigation requires longer. Backup copies follow infrastructure rotation and may take additional time to disappear.

Unconverted astrology service requests are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Fulfilled requests and related transaction or dispute records may be kept for the period required for service records, tax, fraud prevention, legal claims or applicable law. Access is limited to staff and providers who need it for the request.

The application does not intentionally store public AI voice-session audio or transcripts. Browser-stored diagnostic, trial-intent and prefill data remain until cleared by the browser, overwritten by a later journey or removed by the user. Provider-side technical data follows the applicable provider setting and policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of personal data and processing, available information about recipients, correction, completion, updating or erasure, withdraw consent, nominate another person where that right applies, or raise a grievance through the dedicated privacy route. We may verify identity and retain information where required for security or law. Where a statutory escalation route applies, use the internal grievance process first unless the law permits otherwise.

Our approach is informed by applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and phased Rules, 2025, as and when applicable.

After you allow analytics, Metricool measures public page visits, referral and campaign information and browser dimensions. Network request information is also processed by the analytics provider. Login, private account pages and token-bearing URLs are excluded from Metricool tracking.

Necessary cookies support authentication, preferences and security. Optional analytics is loaded only after the consent choice presented by the site. Use the persistent Cookie preferences control to allow or withdraw analytics as easily as it was enabled. You can also change browser storage and cookie settings, although account features may then stop working.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Please use a unique password, keep guardian-managed credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly.
