A parent-guided introduction
- A parent or guardian invites the child to describe a favourite activity, without sharing identifying details.
- Practise a friendly greeting and one listening question together.
- Praise effort and listening. Keep participation voluntary and age-appropriate; do not upload the child’s recording.

A parent or guardian must purchase and manage participation. Use the guardian’s email, phone and account details; activities must remain age-appropriate.

The bank must verify payment before the Lifestyle team completes onboarding. A redirect to the bank is not proof of a successful payment.
Cancellation and payment problems
