Free written practices · optional 28-day plan

Calm & everyday awareness

Make room for a quiet pause, notice your surroundings and choose a manageable next step.

Start with 3 minutes or adapt to your circumstances. No account, card, purchase or recording is required. These practices are general education, not treatment. Stop any activity that feels uncomfortable.

Your daily practice workspace

The 28-day plan is a practice structure, not a promise of transformation in 28 days. Seven activities repeat across four different weekly themes.

For under-18 participation, use the parent/guardian-managed programme. Do not enter a child’s details here. The written activities below remain available to read.

Your seven written practices

Read any activity without using the tracker. Each is revisited over four weeks: begin gently → build a routine → use it in daily life → review and continue.

Activity 1: Arrive where you are

Sit in a comfortable position with eyes open. Notice three ordinary objects, two sounds and the support of your chair. Breathe normally; no breath holding is needed.

Paper-journal prompt: What did I notice when I slowed down?

Activity 2: One thing at a time

Choose a small everyday activity, such as arranging your desk. Give it your attention without rushing. When distracted, gently return to the activity.

Paper-journal prompt: What brought my attention back?

Activity 3: Name the next step

On paper, separate what needs attention today from what can wait. Pick one small, practical action. You do not need to solve everything in this session.

Paper-journal prompt: What is small enough to begin?

Activity 4: Listen without searching

At a comfortable volume, notice the sounds already around you. There is nothing hidden to decode. Keep your eyes open or choose silence whenever it feels better.

Paper-journal prompt: Which option felt comfortable: listening or silence?

Activity 5: Make space for a pause

Before replying to a non-urgent message, pause briefly. Read it once more and choose a clear, respectful response. Do not delay urgent safety or care needs.

Paper-journal prompt: What changed when I did not rush?

Activity 6: Choose a kind restart

Recall an ordinary task that did not go as planned. Describe the facts without insults toward yourself. Decide what to try differently, or choose to rest.

Paper-journal prompt: What would a useful restart look like?

Activity 7: Review without a score

Review the activities you tried. Keep one comfortable practice, simplify one that felt difficult and leave out anything unhelpful. Progress does not require a perfect streak.

Paper-journal prompt: What is worth repeating next week?

Your optional next step

Continue the free practices at your own pace. There is no paid treatment or special-frequency product attached to this journey. For programme questions, request general educational guidance.

Persistent or worsening health concerns should be discussed with a qualified professional. Do not replace or delay care. No outcomes are guaranteed. Read Studio safety and privacy details.
