Free written practices · optional 28-day plan
Purpose, gratitude & direction
Reflect on what matters, notice everyday support and turn one value into a practical action.
Start with 5 minutes or adapt to your circumstances. No account, card, purchase or recording is required. These practices are general education, not treatment. Stop any activity that feels uncomfortable.
Your daily practice workspace
The 28-day plan is a practice structure, not a promise of transformation in 28 days. Seven activities repeat across four different weekly themes.
For under-18 participation, use the parent/guardian-managed programme. Do not enter a child’s details here. The written activities below remain available to read.
Your seven written practices
Read any activity without using the tracker. Each is revisited over four weeks: begin gently → build a routine → use it in daily life → review and continue.
Activity 1: Name one value
Choose one value that matters to you, such as learning, fairness or care. Describe what acting on it could look like today. There is no correct personality type.
Paper-journal prompt: What matters in this particular season of life?
Activity 2: Notice ordinary support
Identify one ordinary thing that helped today. Gratitude does not require denying difficulty or thanking anyone who harmed you. A neutral observation is enough.
Paper-journal prompt: What support did I notice?
Activity 3: Take a small learning step
Choose a topic you are curious about and spend a short block reading or practising. You do not need to turn every interest into work or income.
Paper-journal prompt: What would I like to understand better?
Activity 4: Connect a value to action
Turn your chosen value into one small, concrete action within your control. Keep it affordable and realistic. This is planning, not a promise that thoughts create outcomes.
Paper-journal prompt: What action would express that value?
Activity 5: Offer help with boundaries
Consider one small, appropriate way to contribute. Respect your time and resources and ask whether help is welcome. Saying no is also a valid boundary.
Paper-journal prompt: What contribution is sustainable for me?
Activity 6: Make room for enjoyment
Choose a simple activity you enjoy without needing a productivity result. Rest and enjoyment do not have to be earned by completing every task.
Paper-journal prompt: What would I do simply because I enjoy it?
Activity 7: Write a direction, not a destiny
On paper, describe one direction you would like to explore next month. Add one small first action and one thing that might require support. You may change your mind.
Paper-journal prompt: What is the next experiment, not a permanent answer?
Your optional next step
